Takenoko gohan

It is in takenoko (bamboo sprout) season. Takenoko gohan (bamboo sprout rice ) is a standard thing.
Just add cut takenoko and chopped aburaage (fried tofu) with Japanese soup stock and some salt in the rice cooker.
