Sanuki udon

It is my boom sanuki udon. It is very simple but very nice. We have several options for soup. Also, we can chose hot or cold. I recommend you to put tempura topping on the udon. It's especially good!
This my favorite shop's udon is very reasonable and good for my pocket as well.

Udon is a very common noodle made only from wheat, salt and water. Sanuki udon is most popular. Sanuki is old name of Kagawa prefecture on Shikoku-island, southern part of Japan. This area is famous for its quality udon noodle. I wish to visit Sanuki area to enjoy many udon shops around someday.
