Wagashis
Variety of my favourite wagashis. Warabi-mochi, Kuzu-zakura, Shiratama-zenzai, mame-daifuku and Mango-an. v(^o^)
Kuzu-zakura. Relaxing time after dinner.
Koshi-an (smooth soy-bean jam) is covered with kuzu. Kuzu is clear and its texture is very smooth and soft. Kuzu is a plant, but I don't know the detail.
Mango-an. Mango is not Japanese thing. This is Japanese-South Asian blended food.
Fruity Asian mango is matching sweet Japanese an (red-bean jam).

Nikujaga & Karei
Lunch at a Japanese pub. Today's special is Nikujaga and Karei mirin-boshi (dried flatfish) set. Nikujaga, a typical casual menu, boiled potato with thinly sliced meat. The dashi (Japanese soup stock) of this nikujaga is very nice. Unohana (bean curd salad) is on the side of the Karei. I don't have to say gohan (steamed rice) and miso-shiru is set.

Katsuo no zuke dinner
As I saw a topic about katsuo (bonito) in a TV programme, my mind has been occupied with katsuo. I bought katsuo at fishmonger and made zuke for dinner. Zuke is similar to Italian Carpaccio. Dip some raw katuso in ginger soy-sauce, and usually put on white rice. I have only brown rice today, so I arranged it like a salad. Nira-tama jiru (vegetable and egg soup) and some dishes on the side.
