Wagashis

Variety of my favourite wagashis. Warabi-mochi, Kuzu-zakura, Shiratama-zenzai, mame-daifuku and Mango-an. v(^o^) Kuzu-zakura. Relaxing time after dinner.
Koshi-an (smooth soy-bean jam) is covered with kuzu. Kuzu is clear and its texture is very smooth and soft. Kuzu is a plant, but I don't know the detail. Mango-an. Mango is not Japanese thing. This is Japanese-South Asian blended food.
Fruity Asian mango is matching sweet Japanese an (red-bean jam).
